chicken tikka masala

FLAVOUR NOTES

A combination of ginger, garlic and tomato acts to balance the turmeric, garam masala, cardamom and fennel seed.
Warming spices that build from the back of your palate.

cooking instructions (chicken):

stove top:

Turn stove to medium heat. Empty pouch into a medium sauce pan with a tight fitting lid.
Stirring consistently, heat through for 3-4 minutes.
Serve once desired temperature reached.

microwave:

Place pack into microwave fully sealed.
Cook on high for two minutes.
Flip bag, puncturing a small hole at the top of the bag and cook for a final two and a half minutes.
Serve once desired temperature reached.
